QRShare offers premium features for a one-time payment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are handled through our payment processor, Paddle.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, refunds are not available as per Paddle's refund policy requirements.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@qrshare.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your purchase details and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and process it through Paddle if eligible

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Refunds requested after the 14-day window
  • Premium features that have been used extensively
